About Power Crust Pizza
Our Story
In 2022, the husband and wife team of Valentino & Andrea were approached with a proposition to take over a Pop up Pizzeria at the Bull Pub Public House in Shooters Hill. Fed up with the lack of authentic Neapolitan style pizzerias in the area, they seized the opportunity, and Power Crust Pizza was born. By May 2023, the mobile event catering team was launched, initially serving London, Kent & Essex. News soon spread about their delicious sourdough pizza and excellent hospitality, and by the end of 2023, Power Crust Pizza was catering for events nationwide.
In September 2024, Power Crust Pizza took over the Pizzeria at The One Bell Pub in Crayford, owned by former Premiership Footballer Jimmy Bullard. One year later, we re-opened at the Bull Pub in Shooters Hill.
Who we are
Valentino, our Founder and Chef, hails from the home of Pizza—Naples, Italy. After moving to the UK 25 years ago, he became one of the first to introduce authentic Pizza Napoletana to British diners. Valentino has opened and worked in numerous renowned restaurants and pizzerias in London, including Gordon Ramsay's Street Pizza. He is also the mastermind behind the success of Bravi Ragazzi in Streatham and Theo's in Camberwell. As one of the leading and innovative Pizza Chefs on these shores, Valentino is passionate about delivering exceptional sourdough pizza for all occasions.
Andrea, our Joint Founder, is a native of Essex/London. With over 25 years of experience in Sales & Hospitality, Andrea is the driving force behind the scenes, making sure everything is running to schedule and to plan.

With a selection of 5 pizzas from our extensive menu, we can guarantee you'll find a pizza that will make your mouth water. Pizza can be served buffet style (by the slice) or your guests can order individually.

My wife and I used Power Crust Pizza's event catering service for our relatively small wedding reception (50 people), and words cannot describe how amazing they were. From the communication leading up to the wedding to the unbelievably delicious sourdough pizza on the day, Power Crust Pizza exceeded our expectations every step of the way. The price is, in all honesty, a massive steal relative to the quality and abundance of authentic Neapolitan pizza. Both Andrea and Valentino were excellent; they brought so much positive energy and were so lovely. We honestly cannot fault them in any way, they were perfect.

Power Crust Pizza were amazing right from the start! Such great and friendly customer service all the way through. Everyone said how delicious the pizzas were- we even had the leftovers for lunch the next day! As a top pizza caterer, I would definitely recommend Andrea and Valentino. Thank you so much!

Amazing pizza - you won’t find better - amazing service and amazing value. Can’t recommend Andrea and Valentino enough, especially for any wedding caterers looking to impress. I can’t wait to get them over again! Thank you for helping to make my wife’s 40th one to remember :)
